Beringer brakes

Post by MikeFairbanks »

I've got Beringer wheels and brakes on my airplane... this is Bryan Bowen's installation video.

I had to order the hardware to install the axles and brakes since Kitfox did not include any... I guess when you delete the wheels and brakes you lose all the hardware too. ;)

Anyway, what Kitfox calls out in the manual would have been too long to use with the Beringer axles, so it was going to need to get replaced anyway.

I ordered the required AN4-15A bolts and hardware from Aircraft Spruce and got everything installed, torqued, and torque sealed. Wheels are installed with the cotter pin in place.
