Building the control column

I quit working with wood for a bit and started putting the control system together. There were definitely some challenges during the process, but I really enjoyed it and got a lot done in a day.

The tube that went from the control column to the flaperon mixer assembly had some damaged threads, but I was able to clean them up with a die...

Here is the control column going together...

Installed in the fuselage..
